9 months

And, suddenly, 9 months have gone by!

We spent the afternoon at the zoo. The temperature was in the 60's and we enjoyed blue skies and sunshine! I didn't bring my camera, though -- so maybe next time I'll be able to share some zoo pictures.

pancakes!

She's been a little cranky lately, but getting 3 teeth at once can do that to a girl! She was pretty happy with pancakes this morning, though! Thankfully her 2 front teeth have broken through and we're just waiting for one more top tooth to break through. Her smile is about to change again!

more changes

Colin is worried that some people may not recognize him anymore, so he asked me to post this picture on our blog. If you're not sure what's different - he's wearing glasses! We had a bit of an adventure getting them, but when he put them on this evening -- the look of amazement on his face was worth all the adventure. Did you know that you can see leaves on trees when you're not close to them? Yep!

crazy hair day

Today was "Crazy Hair Day" at the boys' enrichment program. Daddy had fun getting their hair crazy, but the boys were disappointed they didn't win any prizes. Oh, well, they definitely had the craziest hair on our street this morning!

night light

We recently split the boys up and gave them each their own room. You can see that the nightlight was much appreciated while we navigate these changes! (the flash lit the room up, but it was dark when the picture was taken - except for McQueen's red glow on Nate's face.)

another video

You can see her crawl, and then pull up to standing in this one!

AZ Museum for Youth

The boys creating storyboards. There is an awesome exhibit about Jim Henson at the AZ Museum for Youth right now and lots of original storyboards for inspiration.

Lydia, trying to climb up the wall to reach the puppets.

Lydia crawling

Video of Lydia crawling in the infant section of the AZ Museum for Youth today. You can hear her newest babbling too -- lots of "da da da da da" The crying you hear is not her, but a toddler who was told he had to go home ;)

making way

Colin lost a front tooth on Sunday! We're getting ready to say goodbye to his little boy face as he makes room for those grownup teeth!
