A piece of flagstone dropped on Nate's foot and broke his big toe. Thankfully, the break isn't displaced and it doesn't look like any bone chipped off. This does mean the end of his soccer season, though, which is very disappointing to him.
We know how bad he must feel and we can only say that it will get better, it will just seem like a long time until it does. I am sure that having to miss soccer will actually hurt more, but tell him not to worry we will be sure he can play next year.
